I did two versions of I'm Sorry Mr Schneider. I wanted to record a very stark piano version, so the listener would be engrossed in the lyric.

I discovered Phil Schneider’s story around 2006 and was instantly intrigued by the outrageous claims of this self-taught geologist and explosives expert. I watched every video I could find on this whistle-blower, read transcripts of every interview he had given and followed threads written by his friends and former wife, Cynthia Drayer.

He struck me as being absolutely authentic, which left an uncomfortable space. Who were the Greys and what was Dulce? Cliche it may be, but like Neo in the Matrix, I had taken the red pill and there was no going back to my former paradigm.

I had my own experiences of inter-dimensionals and otherness since childhood, but Schneider's story was threatening and compelling.

Schneider has become quite well known courtesy of Youtube and there are a couple of documentaries about him now. Back in the nineties he was lecturing at small gatherings of people interested in the UFO phenomenon and luckily some of these lectures were filmed.

Mostly he talked about the Dulce Battle of 1979 and his part in that debacle. Dulce is an underground facility that supposedly had been taken over by the Greys, the race from Zeta Reticuli who had done a deal known as the Grenada Treaty with Eisenhower in 1954.

"I'm Sorry Mr Schneider" is a dark piece of theatre, written from the POV of the murderer.

Note: Otto Schneider was an enigmatic figure. I have read that he was brought to America as part of Project Paperclip, but do not know for sure.
